The Assistant Manager is an individual who partners with the General Manager to lead and support the success of their restaurant. The success achieved by the managers will lead to the overall success of our brand. The Assistant Manager’s role is multifaceted and includes the following: a leader in the restaurant, mentor and coach of people, a champion of the culture, and dedicated sales builder. Successful Assistant Managers serve as role models of the Restaurants standards, systems and operational excellence. Assistant Managers are also adept at interviewing and hiring great people, guest/employee relations and holding team members accountable to the restaurants standards of excellence.
The Kitchen Manager serves in the important role of protecting, maintaining and evolving the restaurants culture through adhering, teaching and preserving the integrity of our food and beverage standards within their restaurant. Food and beverage are at the heart of the definition of our culture and business. The Kitchen Manager works closely with their General Manager, management team and Culinary Supervisor to insure that these key results will be successfully achieved: quality, safety and sanitation, and costs and financial performance.
